Instructions : Do a 'diy' and draw your own instructional drawing.

Title: Instructional Drawing

For this side assignment (homework), we had to recreate something. We have to detach something then attach it again onto something else or just make it into something else entirely. I then thought, this is somehow quite like making a DIY (Do It Yourself). So, I came up with this.
Detach : I detached a flower part from a headband. From the flower, I took out its folded fabrics apart from each other. Then, it became like this.

Attach :
First things first, this is the stuffs that I used to make the DIY.

First, lie it flat.

Fold the bottom part to the center

Sew the bottom part to secure it (like in the picture)

Fold the left part inside

Fold it again till it turns into a roll (it will look like a rose from the top)

Carefully sew the bottom part again so that it stays in place and secure

Take a felt paper and cut out a small piece out of it. Cut it approximately to the size of the pin.

Use a strong glue (glue gun would work better but I dont have one so UHU glue works just as fine) and glue the flower fabric onto the felt paper

If perhaps the felt paper was too big (even after cutting it out), cut it to make sure it fits just the flower fabric

Using a strong glue, paste the backside of felt paper onto the pin. Make sure to let it dry for it to attach well.

This is the end product! Yay!!
