Introduction to Photography
Exercise 5 Editing & Printing
Lecture
Today Mr Vinod taught us on the basics of using Photoshop. As I have zero knowledge on Photoshop, I got lost a bit and could not really keep up as I was also sleepy at the moment. But later after that, I got a grip and understood what to do. Mr Vinod also told us to print an A1-sized picture of a shot (that is approved) which was captured in campus. Then, we went to The IT Room (Block C, level 7) for step-by-step guide on how to print the picture on A1-sized paper.

Experience
Today was the first time I arrived late to class. (I'm so sorry, I won't repeat this again in the future). So, as soon as I got to class, we were all asked to open the Photoshop application. I was very awkward as I am not used to it and so unfamiliar with the tools in the application. I was also sleepy because I somehow got lost while trying to understand what we were supposed to do to adjust the photo. But no worries, that losing-focus moment only linger for like 2 minutes, after that I was able to grasp what was being told, but slowly with baby steps.
Observations
I noticed that I can edit the photos using Photoshop (obviously) and create such a wonderful effects and lighting as desired. It was fun though. I was excited to try out stuffs its just that I'm not used to the tools and I does not have the knowledge of every tools' functions.
Findings
I realised that I should write notes down while in class so that I won't feel sleepy.
Other than that, I realised that I have to self-explore the tools in Photoshop to find out the functions and its ability to enhance the photo.
